Section Env-Or 613.01 - Determination of Property Valuation and Fees(a) The department shall determine the equalized assessed valuation of the property for which an expedited review of the environmental site assessment report is sought by dividing the assessed value of the property as determined by the municipality by the municipality's most recent equalization ratio.(b) As specified in RSA 485:3-b, I, the fee shall be determined based on the equalized assessed valuation as shown in Table 600-3: Table 600-3: Expedited Review Fee Based on Equalized Assessed Valuation
