Section Env-Or 610.03 - Reporting(a) The responsible party shall submit the results of all required sampling and analysis, including quality assurance and quality control results, to the department no later than 45 days after the sampling date, except as provided for in (b) and (c), below.(b) Within 5 business days after receiving results, the responsible party shall submit all water supply well results that show a violation of the AGQS in writing to the department and the owner of the property on which the water supply well is located.(c) Within 5 business days after receiving results, the responsible party shall submit all indoor air quality results that indicate a significant risk to human health in writing to the department and the owner of the property.N.H.
