Section Env-Or 607.08 - Permit Notification(a) Within 15 days after the department issues the groundwater management permit, the permittee shall provide notice of the permit by certified mail, return receipt requested, to all owners of lots of record within the GMZ.(b) Within 45 days after the department issues the groundwater management permit, the permittee shall submit documentation of the notification required by (a), above, to the department.N.H.
