Section Env-Or 606.11 - Remedial Action Plan Exemptions Unless otherwise required by statute, a remedial action plan shall not be required where:
(a) The site meets the no further action criteria of Env-Or 609.02;(b) The department determines, based on the site investigation, that there is no remaining source of contamination at the site and there are no impacts to receptors; or(c) A presumptive remedy is selected that will meet the criteria of Env-Or 606.13 and is agreed to by each responsible party and the department.N.H.
