Section Env-Or 605.10 - Investigation Due to Discovery of Discharges from Unknown Sources

When a discharge from an unknown source is discovered adjacent to a facility as defined in RSA 146-A:2, IX or RSA 146-C:1, V, the owner of such facility shall conduct an initial site characterization in accordance with Env-Or 605.07.
