Section Env-Or 508.04 - Decision on Waiver Requests; Conditions(a) The department shall notify the requestor of the decision in writing within 60 days of receipt of a request that meets the requirements of Env-Or 508.02.(b) If the request is denied, the department shall identify the specific reason(s) for the denial.(c) The department shall include such conditions in a waiver as are necessary to ensure that the criteria of Env-Or 508.03 will be met.(d) If the need for a waiver is temporary, the waiver shall specify the date on which it will expire.N.H.
