Section Env-Or 407.03 - Application Processing(a) Upon receipt of an application, the department shall determine whether the application is complete, namely whether the application meets the requirements of Env-Or 407.01.(b) If the application is complete, the department shall process the application in accordance with Env-Or 407.04.(c) Except as provided in (f), below, if the application is not complete, the department shall notify the applicant in writing of: (2) The deadline for submitting the missing components, established based on the type and volume of the missing component(s).(d) Upon notifying an applicant that the application does not contain everything required by Env-Or 407.01, the department shall suspend further processing of the application pending receipt of the information missing from the application.(e) No portion of the time between the date a notice is provided pursuant to (c), above, or (f), below, and the date the applicant responds shall be included in computing the time limit specified in RSA 146-C:7, I, relative to automatic approval.(f) The department shall notify the applicant by telephone in lieu of providing a written notice pursuant to (c), above, if: (1) The anticipated time required of the applicant to supply the missing information is less than the anticipated time required of the department to notify the applicant in writing; and(2) The department is able to contact the applicant by telephone.(g) If the department provides notice pursuant to (f), above, the department shall specify in the verbal notice the same information required by (c)(1)-(2), above.N.H.
