Section Env-Or 307.05 - Decision on Application(a) Within 45 days of receipt of a complete set of plans and specifications, the department shall send the applicant written notice approving or denying the application.(b) The department shall approve the application if the application demonstrates compliance with all applicable requirements of this chapter.(c) The department shall deny the application if the application does not demonstrate compliance with all applicable requirements of this chapter. If the department denies the application, the written notice sent pursuant to (a), above, shall specify the reason(s) for the denial.(d) The department shall include such terms and conditions in the approval as are necessary to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.(e) Department approval for installation of an AST system shall not eliminate the need to obtain applicable approvals and/or permits from the authority(ies) enforcing the state fire code, the state building code as defined in RSA 155-A:1, IV, and any applicable local building codes.N.H.
