Any AST system for which the State Fire Marshall has issued a variance to NFPA 30, NFPA 30A, or NFPA 31 standards shall be deemed as meeting both the requirements of Env-Or 305.01(c) and the portion of any standard listed in Env-Or 305.01(a) or (b) that specifies the same requirement as the one that has been waived.
