Section Env-Hw 505.01 - Subsequent Notification(a) A generator shall notify the department orally or in writing of any changes to the information provided pursuant to Env-Hw 504.02(a)(1), (2), (7), (11), (12), (13), (14), or any combination thereof, within 30 days of the effective date of any change.(b) A generator shall notify the department, on a notification form obtained from the department, of any changes to the information required in Env-Hw 504.02(a)(3), (8), (9), (10), (15), (16), Env-Hw 504.02(g), or any combination thereof, within 30 days of the effective date of any change.N.H.
