Section Env-Hw 304.16 - Notification Upon Receipt of Completed Applications(a) Upon determining that a standard permit application is complete according to the criteria set forth in Env-Hw 304.15, the department shall: (1) Send a letter to the applicant informing the applicant that the application is considered to be complete and will undergo the review process specified in Env-Hw 304.17;(2) Send written notification to the local governing body of the receipt of the completed application so that a municipal review committee can be appointed in accordance with RSA 147-C:2;(3) For new facilities, send notification to the siting board along with the application for its review pursuant to RSA 147-A:4-a; and(4) Within 15 days of determining that an application is complete, notify the general public as specified in Env-Hw 304.21 that the completed application is available for review.(b) If the department determines that a transfer facility permit application is complete, a notification of the department's completeness determination shall be sent to: (2) The local governing body for the town in which the facility is proposed to be located; and(3) The general public in accordance with Env-Hw 304.21.N.H.
