Section Env-Hw 304.14 - Submission of Application(a) The applicant shall submit: (1) The original and 3 copies of the application and all supporting materials required by Env-Hw 304.10;(2) A cover letter signed by the applicant certifying, as specified in Env-Hw 207, that the submitted application meets all necessary application requirements sufficient to render it technically adequate to undergo an engineering review; and(3) The fee required by Env-Hw 304.07.(b) An applicant who wishes to apply for a waiver to any provision of Env-Hw 304.09(e) shall do so pursuant to Env-Hw 202 at the time the application is submitted.
