Section Env-Dw 811.22 - Contaminant Source Information
(a) If a CWS O/O reports in the CCR a detection of any contaminant as specified in Env-Dw 811.09, the owner shall also report the likely source of each detected contaminant to the best of the O/O's knowledge.
(b) If the O/O lacks specific information on the likely source of the detected contaminant(s), the owner shall use the contaminant source information specified below in Table 811-1, as applicable:
