Section Env-Dw 811.09 - Detected Contaminants(a) The CWS O/O shall include data in the manner specified in Env-Dw 811.11 if any of the following are detected in the water provided by the CWS: (1) Regulated contaminant(s) as defined in Env-Dw 811.02(e);(2) Unregulated contaminant(s) as regulated under 40 CFR 141.40;(3) Sodium, if monitoring is required per Env-Dw 713.08; or(4) Disinfection by-products or microbial contaminants other than cryptosporidium for which monitoring is required by Env-Dw 712.17 and that are detected in the finished water.(b) The CCR shall identify the probable source of the contaminant. If the CWS O/O lacks specific information on the likely source(s) of contamination, the O/O shall use the language specified in Env-Dw 811.22.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Dw 811.09
