Section Env-Dw 811.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The purpose of this part is to establish the minimum requirements for the content and delivery of the consumer confidence report.(b) The purpose of the consumer confidence report is to:(1) Provide water quality information as specified in this part to customers of CWS; and(2) Characterize the risks, if any, from exposure to contaminants detected in the drinking water in an accurate and understandable manner.(c) This part shall apply only to CWS.N.H.
