Section Env-Dw 809.01 - Required Health Effects Language for Regulated Disinfection By-Products (DBPs), Disinfectant Residuals, and Special Treatment ChemicalsThe O/O shall use the statements specified in this part, as applicable, as the statement required by Env-Dw 801.03(a)(3) to describe the adverse health effects for violations of:
(a) The maximum disinfection by-products (DBPs) and maximum disinfectant residuals (MRDLs) specified in Env-Dw 705.03 and Env-Dw 705.04; and(b) The acrylamide and epichlorohydrin MCLs specified in Env-Dw 705.05.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Dw 809.01
