Section Env-Dw 802.04 - Alternative Notice for CWS(a) In lieu of providing notice as specified in Env-Dw 802.02, the CWS O/O in an area that is not served by a daily or weekly newspaper of general circulation shall give initial notice within 3 months of the granting of an exemption or the discovery of a violation of a condition of the exemption as follows: (1) By mail or hand delivery to each customer receiving a bill and to other service connections to which water is delivered by the CWS; and(2) For those people regularly served by the CWS who would not normally be reached by delivery in accordance with (1), above, by continuous posting in conspicuous places within the area served by the CWS.(b) If the CWS O/O provides initial notice by posting, the O/O shall maintain the posting for as long as the violation persists or the exemption remains in effect.(c) If the CWS O/O provides initial notice by mail or hand delivery, the O/O shall repeat the mail or hand delivery at least once every 3 months for as long as the violation persists or the exemption remains in effect.N.H.
