Section Env-Dw 802.01 - Notices of Exemptions

The O/O shall notify persons served by the PWS in accordance with this part whenever:

(a) An exemption is granted to the PWS under RSA 485:42; or

(b) A condition of an exemption granted to the PWS is violated.
