Section Env-Dw 714.12 - Recordkeeping RequirementsThe O/O of a water system that is subject to this part shall:
(a) Comply with the recordkeeping requirements of 40 CFR § 141.91, 7-1-16 edition, as reprinted in Appendix B; and(b) Maintain monthly optimized water quality parameter logs for the life of the corrosion control treatment and make such logs available to the department for review.N.H.
