Section Env-Dw 707.08 - Additional Sampling by Department

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude the department, or any duly designated representative of the department, from:

(a) Collecting samples; or

(b) Using the results from such samples to determine compliance by a system with the applicable requirements of this chapter.
