Section Env-Dw 502.02 - Applicability

These rules shall apply to:

(a) Operators of any:

(1) Community water system (CWS);

(2) Non-transient, non-community water system (NTNC); or

(3) Privately owned redistribution system (PORS); and

(b) Any individual who wishes to operate a CWS, NTNC, or PORS.
