Section Env-Dw 1408.06 - Decisions(a) The department shall notify the person requesting the waiver of its decision in writing within 30 calendar days of receiving a complete request. If the request is denied, the department shall specify the reason(s) for the denial in the notice.(b) The department shall include such conditions in a waiver as are necessary to ensure that the criteria specified in Env-Dw 1408.05 are met, including if applicable the implementation of alternatives.(c) If the need for a waiver is temporary, the waiver shall specify the date on which it expires.N.H.
