Section Env-Dw 1407.10 - Testing During Construction(a) In addition to normal testing procedures required of the recipient, the department shall require such additional tests of building materials and processes as the department determines to be necessary to demonstrate compliance with the approved plans and specifications and any approved alterations thereto during the building of projects financed in whole or in part by PFAS RLF funds.(b) All tests, whether for the department or the project engineer, shall conform to current American Water Works Association standards as specified in Env-Dw 407, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, American Society of Testing and Materials, and the New Hampshire department of transportation published procedures, or similar criteria, as applicable to the specific materials and processes proposed by the recipient to be used in the project.(c) The department shall specify which tests are applicable based on the specific materials and processes proposed by the recipient to be used in the project. Samples for testing shall be furnished free of cost to the department upon request at the construction site.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Dw 1407.10
