Section Env-Dw 1403.02 - Additional Eligibility Criteria for Construction Projects In order to be eligible for financial assistance from the PFAS RLF, construction projects also shall:
(a) Comply with applicable federal requirements;(b) Comply with applicable state design criteria as specified in Env-Dw 400;(c) For water supply treatment, be based on a 20-year life expectancy from the estimated date of initiation of operation; and(d) For design capacity for intake or raw water mains, be based on a 40-year life expectancy from the estimated date of initiation of operation.N.H.
