Section Env-Dw 1402.37 - Original loan agreement

"Original loan agreement" means the initial financial assistance agreement between the state and a governmental recipient through which the state agrees to provide funds from the PFAS RLF to the recipient and the recipient promises to repay the funds to the PFAS RLF.
