Section Env-Dw 1402.11 - Contingent reimbursement

"Contingent reimbursement" means reimbursement of loan principle if funds become available as specified in RSA 485-H:6, and the term is separate and distinct from "loan forgiveness" as defined in Env-Dw 1402.28.
