Section Env-Dw 1402.09 - Construction costs

"Construction costs" means the applicant's total direct and incidental costs of a construction project for which funding from the PFAS RLF is sought, including acquiring land, acquiring services such as design, engineering, and application preparation, acquiring materials and labor, and administrative costs.
