Section Env-Dw 1209.02 - Reporting and Notification of Violations

The O/O of a PORS at which a bacteria violation has occurred shall comply with Env-Dw 709.24 relative to reporting and notifications, provided that any reference to "PWS" shall be deemed to mean "PORS".
