Section Env-Dw 1206.11 - Notice of Change of PORS O/O

Whenever ownership of a PORS is transferred to a new O/O, notifications shall be made as specified in Env-Dw 503.05, provided that any reference to "public water system" shall be deemed to mean "privately owned redistribution system".
