Section Env-Dw 1206.04 - Required Action After Mechanical Breakdown or Other Failure of a PORS(a) If the PORS experiences a mechanical failure, water main break, or power failure or experiences an unexplained change in the water quality in the PORS, the PORS O/O shall initiate, as appropriate to the situation: (4) Public notice to consumers; or(5) A combination of one or more actions identified in (1)-(4), above.(b) The action(s) taken shall be determined by the PORS O/O after a careful analysis of the event.N.H.
