Section Env-Dw 1104.12 - Application Processing(a) The department shall notify the applicant in writing if the application is incomplete.(b) The department shall deny the application if it does not meet the requirements of Env-Dw 1104.06.(c) The department shall notify the applicant in writing within 60 days of the receipt of a complete application of whether the application is approved or denied.(d) If the application is denied, the notice shall specify the reason(s) for the denial.N.H.
