Section Env-Dw 1001.12 - Application Processing(a) After receiving a submission under Env-Dw 1001.11, the department shall review the submission to determine whether it contains all required information and documents.(b) If the submission does not contain all information and documents required by Env-Dw 1001.11, the department shall notify the applicant in writing within 10 working days of what is missing.(c) The department shall approve a final application if:(1) The submission contains all information and documents required by Env-Dw 1001.11; and(2) The information and documents are consistent with the information and documents submitted pursuant to Env-Dw 1001.09.(d) The department shall notify the applicant within 30 days of receipt of a complete final application of its decision on the application. If the application is denied, the department shall specify the reason(s) for the denial in the written notice.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Dw 1001.12
