Section Env-C 303.21 - Basis for Granting Secondary Accreditation(a) In determining whether to approve an application for secondary accreditation, the department shall consider:(1) The matrix, method, and analyte combination listed on the analyte list of the primary accreditation body;(2) The matrix, method, and analyte combination available in the department's fields of accreditation;(3) The accreditation status information from the primary accreditation body; and(4) The results of the review of documentation submitted as part of the application process.(b) Accreditation status shall be either "Accredited" for a laboratory meeting the TNI standards, or "Not Accredited" for a laboratory not meeting the TNI standards, based upon the criteria specified in (a), above, and Env-C 303.18.N.H.
