Section Env-C 205.04 - NoticeNotice of the date, time, and place of an oral public hearing shall be given as follows:
(a) For a rulemaking hearing held pursuant to RSA 541-A:3, IV, by publication as specified in RSA 541-A:6;(b) For an oral public hearing held on a license application, as specified in the department's rules specific to such license; or(c) For any other oral public hearing, by such means as the commissioner determines will notify those persons likely to be interested in the most cost-effective manner.N.H.
