Section Env-C 203.03 - Address Updates(a) Any respondent or intervenor in an adjudicative proceeding and any person who has filed a motion for reconsideration shall maintain a current mailing address and daytime telephone number and, if available, a fax number and e-mail address, on file with the presiding officer until completion of the matter.(b) Notices mailed by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the address on file with the presiding officer shall be presumed to have been received by the addressee.(c) For purposes of this section, "completion of the matter" means the later of:(1) The date compliance is achieved or the fine is paid, if applicable;(2) The expiration of the time period allowed by law for appealing the subject decision, if no appeal is filed within that time; or(3) The date of the final decision on the last appeal taken.N.H.
