Section Env-A 912.02 - Request The person seeking approval of the alternative time period shall submit the following information to the department in writing:
(a) The specific citation and the specific time period for which the alternative time period is sought;(b) The proposed alternative time period;(c) The identity and description of the facility at which the alternative time period will be implemented; and(d) Information demonstrating that the alternative time period will result in records that are sufficient to demonstrate compliance with all applicable requirements.N.H.
