Section Env-A 610.12 - List of Sources Covered by General State Permits(a) The department shall maintain and update a list of sources covered by each general state permit established by the department.(b) The list shall include the following information:(1) The name of the source;(2) The location of the source;(3) The issuance date of the letter of approval for the general state permit; and(4) The number of devices covered by the general state permit(s) for each source category located at the Source.N.H.
