Section Env-A 609.17 - Notification of Need for Permit Renewal(a) The department shall notify the owner or operator as specified in (b), below that the owner or operator's title V operating permit is scheduled to expire.(b) Each renewal notice shall: (2) Specify the procedures for filing an application for permit renewal; and(3) Be sent by certified mail no less than 12 months prior to the designated expiration date of the current title V operating permit.(c) Failure to receive the notice described in this section shall not relieve the owner or operator of the source or device of the obligation to apply for permit renewal.N.H.
