Section Env-A 501.01 - PurposeThe purpose of this chapter is to establish state standards to regulate:
(a) Certain new or modified facilities in accordance with authority delegated by the EPA under §111(c) of the Clean Air Act;(b) Certain sources of hazardous air pollutants in accordance with authority delegated by the EPA under §112 of the Clean Air Act;(c) Certain sewage sludge incineration units that commenced construction on or before October 14, 2010 in accordance with authority delegated by the EPA under §129(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act; and(d) Certain municipal solid waste landfills that commenced construction on or before July 17, 2014 and have not been modified or reconstructed since July 17, 2014 in accordance with authority delegated by the EPA under §111(d) of the Clean Air Act.N.H.
