Section Env-A 4801.01 - Purpose

TThe purpose of this chapter is to provide for the administration and implementation of carbon dioxide (CO₂) allowance auctions under RSA 125-O:20-29 and Env-A 4600, Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Budget Trading Program.
