Section Env-A 4709.04 - Market Penetration Determination

The market penetration determination shall:

(a) Use the most recent market data available at the time of submission of the consistency application under Env-A 4704; and

(b) Be determined as follows:

(1) "MG_AD" means the average annual manure generation for the number of dairy cows and swine serving all anaerobic digester projects in the applicable state at the time of submission of a consistency application pursuant to Env-A 4704;

(2) "MG_STATE" means the average annual manure generation for all dairy cows and swine in the state at the time of submission of a consistency application pursuant to Env-A 4704; and

(3) Market penetration (MP), expressed as a percent, equals MG_AD divided by MG_STATE, as shown in the following equation:

MP (percent) = MG_AD / MG_STATE X 100
