Section Env-A 4707.01 - Sequestration of Carbon Due to Forest Offset Projects

To qualify for the award of CO₂ offset allowances under this chapter, forest offset projects shall meet the requirements of this part, the forest offset protocol, and all other applicable requirements of this chapter.
