Section Env-A 4602.76 - Undistributed CO[2] allowances

"Undistributed CO₂ allowances" means CO₂ budget allowances allocated to a set aside account in a given allocation year in accordance with RSA 125-O:22, VI or 125-O:25 that have not been distributed during that allocation year.
