Section Env-A 4202.42 - Non-flat high gloss coating

"Non-flat high gloss coating" means a non-flat coating that, when tested in accordance with ASTM test method D523-89, as revised in 1999, registers a gloss of 70 or above on a 60 degree gloss meter.
