Section Env-A 4102.37 - Construction, panel, and floor covering adhesive"Construction, panel, and floor covering adhesive" means any non-aerosol one-component adhesive that:
(a) Is designed exclusively for the installation, remodeling, maintenance, or repair of: (1) Structural and building components, including but not limited to beams, trusses, studs, paneling such as drywall or drywall laminates, fiberglass reinforced plastic, plywood, particle board, insulation board, pre-decorated hardboard or tileboard, ceiling and acoustical tile, molding, fixtures, countertops or countertop laminates, cove or wall bases, and flooring or subflooring; or(2) Floor or wall coverings, including but not limited to wood or simulated wood covering, carpet, carpet pad or cushion, vinyl-backed carpet, flexible flooring material, non-resilient flooring material, mirror tiles, other types of tiles, or artificial grass; and(b) Is not a floor seam sealer.N.H.
