"Major asbestos abatement project - Class S demolition" means any asbestos abatement project that affects less than 260 linear feet of asbestos surface on pipes or ducts, 160 square feet of asbestos-containing building material on the surface of structures other than pipes or ducts, or 35 cubic feet of RACM, and that occurs within the context of a demolition as defined by this part.
