Section Env-A 1404.01 - Methods of Demonstrating Compliance The owner or operator of any device or process that emits a RTAP shall demonstrate compliance with the AALs by using at least one of the following methods:
(a) Air dispersion modeling analysis as specified in Env-A 1404.02;(b)De minimis emission level method as specified in Env-A 1404.03;(c) In-stack concentration method as specified in Env-A 1404.04;(d) Adjusted in-stack concentration method as specified in Env-A 1404.05; or(e) Calculations, results, or analyses from an alternative method of compliance demonstration approved pursuant to Env-A 1404.06.N.H.
