Section Env-A 1402.01 - Statutory Exemptions for Sources and Activities As specified in RSA 125-:3, (a) and (b)I, the following shall be exempt from regulation under RSA 125-I and these rules:
(a) Normal agricultural operations;(b) The application of pesticides regulated pursuant to RSA 430:28 through RSA 430:48;(c) Emissions of RTAPs resulting from mobile sources; and(d) Emissions of RTAPs resulting from the combustion of virgin petroleum products at stationary sources.N.H.
