Section Env-A 1309.03 - Emission Standards for Incinerators(a) Subject to (b), below, an incinerator shall not exceed a 24-hour calendar day average NOx RACT emission limit of 0.53 lb. per million Btu.(b) Beginning one year after the 2018 effective date of this rule, an incinerator: (1) Shall not exceed a 24-hour calendar day average NOx RACT emission limit of 150 ppmvd at 7% oxygen, except during days with periods of startup or shutdown; and(2) During calendar days with periods of startup or shutdown, shall not exceed a 24-hour calendar day average NOx mass emission rate (pounds per hour) calculated as the equivalent of 205 ppmvd at 7% oxygen and the maximum heat input rate for the incinerator (MMBtu per hour).N.H.
