Section Env-A 105.32 - Type 1 waste"Type 1 waste" means a mixture of combustible waste from domestic, commercial, and industrial activities, including but not limited to paper, cardboard, wood, foliage, and combustible floor sweepings, that has a heating value of at least 3608 calories per gram, equivalent to 6500 BTUs per pound, as fired, and contains:
(a) Up to 20 percent by weight of restaurant or cafeteria waste but little or no treated papers, plastic or rubber waste; (b) Up to 25 percent moisture; and(c) Up to 10 percent incombustible solids by weight.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-A 105.32
